Mac Miller's beloved Faces mixtape, self-released in 2014, will come to all streaming services as well as vinyl for the first time on Oct. 15.
Faces, the bridge between second album Watching Movies with the Sound Off and follow-up GO:OD AM, earned high praise from critics and fans for its psychedelic jazz influences and deeply intimate lyrics that honestly addressed his inner demons. Miller recruited talented guests like Rick Ross, Mike Jones, Vince Staples, Schoolboy Q, Earl Sweatshirt and Thundercat for the tape. Pitchfork praised it as "a high watermark" and among "the best work of his career, transforming adversity and discouragement into intriguing art."
Director Sam Jones has also overseen a new video for the tape's "Colors and Shapes" which you can watch below.
